Delivery and Shipping

We offer a variety of delivery & shipping options for both our US and International clients. If you need shipping arrangements that are not mentioned below or have any questions please contact us at support@yostlabs.com we are happy to work with you.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary on:

  • Payment method: Payment must be secured before order is fulfilled unless other arrangements have been secured.
  • Credit card – Allow 24 hours for payment to process (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express)
  • PayPal – Immediate processing (PayPal, PayPal Credit)
  • Bank Wire – 2-3 days (Request information at support@yostlabs.com )
  • Shipping method selected – Shipping options vary. (Allow for payment processing time along with shipping times)
  • Product Availability – Most orders can be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. If for some reason there would be a delay you will be notified immediately. Please contact us directly  at mhoople@yostlabs.com for ETA on large volume orders.

Note: Changing shipping options may result in additional shipping fees depending on the carrier you select. (Yost Labs does not charge any additional fees for this change.)

Using your company shipping account # for shipping charges

If you prefer, your shipping costs can be added to your company’s carrier #. Simply let us know this is how you would like shipping to be charged. For quickest processing of your order please contact support@yostlabs.com

 

Using your own broker to handle shipping arrangements

Many of our International clients like to use their own shipping services. We are happy to coordinate with you to ensure all required information is made available to your carrier.  For quickest processing of your order please contact support@yostlabs.com to request necessary documentation and information for your carrier.

 

Additional Taxes & Tariffs

All International clients are responsible for any Taxes or Tariffs that apply within your country. We are happy to work with you to ensure that delivery is not delayed during the shipping process, please let us know if you need anything from us to help expedite the process.
