I agree that I am responsible for shipping costs to return the unit and for shipping costs to send out a replacement unit unless YEI determines that a manufacturing defect was present.  I agree that if repairs are necessary, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, I am responsible for the cost of those repairs, which shall not exceed the cost of a new unit.
