Terms and Conditions

No return shipments will be accepted without an approved RMA number. RMA requests can be submitted at yostlabs.com/support/rma-request/.

Limited Product Warranty

Yost Labs warrants the media and hardware on which products are furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for sixty (60) days from the date of delivery. No warranties exist for misuse. Yost Labs will repair or replace any defective product which is returned within this time period.

Consumer Returns

Hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for credit or refund, only if unopened and unused. Hardware with custom features and custom set-up may not be returned except in accordance with the Limited Product Warranty. If hardware has been opened but is unused and is returned within 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be provided at Yost Labs’ discretion. Partial refunds provide the purchase price, less shipping, less a 15% re-stocking fee, less the charges for any parts, materials, or manuals which are deemed not resalable due to damage, wear, or loss of merchantability.

Distributor Returns

All returns must be made to the original point of sale. Yost Labs does not provide consumer refunds for sales made through distributors or other third-party vendors. No returns are accepted from distributors without prior written agreement.

Quantity Discounts

Any quantity discount granted on the original sale will be adjusted when returns are processed, and lost discounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Technical and User Support

All products include telephone and email support. This includes general questions about hardware use, device programming, and troubleshooting.

Hardware Repairs

To request hardware repair outside of the Limited Product Warranty, complete the RMA request form. The Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges back to Yost Labs and re-shipping of the repaired unit. Yost Labs will provide a repair estimate to Buyer when the RMA is approved. Buyer authorizes repair of the unit by returning the unit to Yost Labs. If Buyer does not provide payment for repairs and shipping costs within 30 days, Buyer will be deemed to have authorized Yost Labs to dispose of the unit(s).

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide to us via our webpage, including your name, email address, and other contact information, will not be shared with anyone outside of the operations of Yost Labs. without your permission.

We promise we WON’T . . .

Sell, lend, trade, barter, or gamble with your information. We will not paint your name on the outside of our building. We will not dedicate poetry to you. We will not send you flowers and we will not remember your birthday. If you are ever really bored and near Portsmouth, Ohio, you are welcome to come by and wash the windows or mow the grass…but we won’t give your name to squeegee or lawnmower salesmen.

So, what WILL we do with the information you provide us?

We will use it to answer your questions, and to provide additional information about the products or services in which you have expressed interest. We may also send Yost Labs newsletters to you. You can ask us to stop mailing them any time and we won’t send one more stamp or email your way. So go ahead and tell us what you want, ask any and all questions, and your information will never end up in the hands of marketers or any other companies. Promise. On the other hand, you are welcome to share information about our website, company and products with anyone. In fact, we would appreciate it!
