3-Space™ Nano Evaluation Kit

$113.00

Evaluate the Nano Before You Design It InEverything you need to test the 3-Space™ Nano on your bench. The kit pairs a Nano Carrier Board with an evaluation board, so you can explore every sensor function, tune the QGRAD2™ filter, and prove out your application before committing to a board layout.

This product is RoHS compliant.

Starting a new design? Our engineers recommend the 3-Space™ LX3 for new miniature designs: fused orientation at up to 2000Hz with QGRAD3™, ±1° dynamic accuracy, and true-north heading from an integrated World Magnetic Model, in a 16mm x 15mm, 0.9-gram module. Evaluate it with the LX3 evaluation kit.

Description

Prove it out on your bench

The Nano Evaluation Kit gives you direct access to every function of the 3-Space™ Nano: raw, corrected, and normalized sensor data, QGRAD2™ filtered orientation at up to 200Hz, magnetometer auto-calibration, and tunable filtering, oversampling, and orientation error correction. Orientation is available in quaternion, Euler angle, rotation matrix, axis angle, and two-vector formats, in absolute terms or relative to a reference you define.

Communicate through our open protocol in human-readable ASCII or fast binary, with an open source API, plus SPI and I2C guides for Arduino to get you talking to the sensor quickly. Once your application is proven, move to the Nano Carrier Board or Nano IC for production.

Choosing between the Nano and the LX3

If your application needs more than 200Hz, better than ±1.5° dynamic accuracy, or true-north heading, start with the 3-Space™ LX3 instead. It runs QGRAD3™ or Extended Kalman Filtering at up to 2000Hz, with ±1° dynamic accuracy, gyro range to ±4000 °/sec, and an integrated World Magnetic Model.
